New — AI workshop

So AI in agriculture marketing no longer reads like AI.

Two modules. One shared workflow. Ready to use on Monday.

Your team is using AI. But you're not all working from the same knowledge base yet. In this workshop we build a shared AI working process for your marketing: with clean CRM and knowledge storage, reusable AI skills and clear review steps.

So newsletters, industry blog posts, landing pages and follow-ups don't start from scratch every time.

Clarify workshop fit

Using AI isn't the problem

You're already using AI.
One person collects good prompts.
Another builds a custom GPT. CRM, spreadsheets and inboxes hold conversation notes.
Product arguments live in slide decks, approvals in emails, audience knowledge in the heads of sales, product management or marketing.

The AI only sees fragments of all that.

So the newsletter sounds different from the landing page. The industry blog post takes five rounds of edits. And as soon as one colleague is on holiday, the next person starts over from zero.

What changes right after the AI workshop

After the workshop you have a shared foundation for AI in marketing.

Customer questions, objections, buying motives, technical sources and product information are stored in a way your team can actually use for copy and campaigns.

Everyone draws on the same AI skills — reusable AI instructions with context, examples and rules, callable in one click instead of briefing from scratch every time:

  • audience and customer perspective
  • brand voice and writing rules
  • product briefing for explanation-heavy offers
  • copy review for technical accuracy, tone and AI tells
  • analysis of customer questions and campaign ideas

The flow is straightforward:

  1. Define the task.
  2. Build the briefing from your storage, product knowledge and audience profile.
  3. Use AI for a draft, structure or variations.
  4. Check it technically.
  5. Sharpen tone and message.
  6. Sign it off.

What's ready on Monday

We work on your real tasks. For example a newsletter, a product page, an industry blog post, a trade show email or a sales follow-up.

Knowledge and CRM structure

For AI-relevant customer information: customer questions, objections, buying motives, technical sources, product information.

Workflow for recurring tasks

From briefing to sign-off. Clear, repeatable, team-ready.

Three reusable AI skills

For your top topics: audience perspective, brand voice, product briefing.

Three reworked copy templates

From your day-to-day — for example newsletter, landing page, industry blog post.

Review framework

For technical errors and AI tells. So nothing half-baked goes live.

Who this fits

This fits you if:

  • you're a marketing team in an agriculture company
  • you sell products that need real explanation
  • AI is already in use, but quality varies depending on who runs it
  • marketing, sales and product management should draw on the same knowledge
  • you want a standard that still works in six months
  • a key person on your team (in marketing, sales or product management) wants to bring AI into their day-to-day in a structured way, without waiting for the whole team

This fits less well if:

  • you're only looking for a short tool tutorial
  • you mainly see AI as a cheap copy replacement
  • nobody on the team can maintain the process afterwards
  • technical sign-off isn't a priority for you

How it runs

1. Discovery call. We clarify where you stand, which tools you use and which tasks are eating your time right now.

2. Preparation. I review your copy, your storage and your typical marketing tasks. I don't need sensitive customer data for that.

3. Workshop. We build the process on real material and test it directly on one of your tasks.

4. Hand-off. You get the workflow, AI skills, copy templates and review framework to keep working with.

Format and investment

  • Remote via Zoom
  • Typical entry point: two modules of 3 hours each, with practice time
  • Small groups, so everyone can work on their own material
  • 30 days of follow-up support included — so the workflow doesn't fizzle out

If your team needs more depth, we'll clarify scope and price in the discovery call.

FAQ

Do we need a finished CRM system?

No. We can work with an existing CRM, but also with Excel, Notion, SharePoint, project management tools or a simple folder structure. The storage behind the tool matters more than the tool name.

Will we build custom GPTs in the workshop?

Maybe. The shared foundation comes first: what information does the AI need? What rules apply to your copy? How do you check the result?

Which AI tools will we use?

I work most often with ChatGPT or Claude. If your company has another AI system in place, we'll check in the discovery call whether it fits the workshop.

What about data protection?

We only work with material you can release. For many exercises, anonymised conversation notes, sample copy, product information and typical customer questions are enough.

Does the AI need access to our computers?

No. Direct access to individual machines is not a requirement. Deeper system access only comes in once IT, data protection and the tool provider have signed it off properly.

Let's check whether the workshop fits your team

In 30 minutes we'll clarify where you stand, which tasks are worth tackling and whether a shared AI workflow makes sense for you.
